Heat therapy provides relief of muscle stiffness and muscular tension, it promotes relaxation and may enhance mobility APPLICATION: Easy application. Apply directly to the skin and can be worn discreetly under clothing. Apply the patch to clean, dry and non-greasy skin in the painful area. The patch will provide up to 8 hours of heat.
