Long life: Thanks to the precious metal, the Iridium IX spark plug lasts up to twice as long as a standard nickel spark plug and, due to this durability, saves money and installation and removal time. Full performance over the entire service life: With standard spark plugs, the distance between the electrodes increases over time due to burn-off. The quality of the ignition is impaired and misfiring occurs. With Iridium spark plugs, the electrode gap remains almost constant over the entire service life.
