Ngt Vx2 Bite Alarm. NGT VX2 Bite AlarmElevate your angling experience and ensure you never miss a take with the NGT VX2 Bite Alarm, a benchmark in reliable and affordable bite indication. Designed for the modern specimen hunter, this alarm combines essential functionality with a robust build, making it the perfect companion for any session, from a quick overnighter to a long weekend campaign. The VX2 is engineered to provide clear, immediate, and customisable alerts, allowing you to fish with absolute confidence, day or night, and in any weather condition. Its intuitive design and proven performance make it an indispensable part of your fishing equipment. The core strength of the NGT VX2 lies in its user-centric customisation. Fine-tune your auditory alerts with variable volume control, allowing you to adjust from a discreet signal for quiet, close-quarter situations to a powerful tone that cuts through wind and rain on open banks. Complementing this is the variable tone control, which enables you to set a distinct pitch for each rod. This feature is crucial when fishing with multiple alarms, as it allows you to instantly identify which rod has a run without a moment´s hesitation. This level of control ensures your setup is perfectly adapted to your environment and personal preferences.Visual indication is just as critical, and the VX2 excels with its ultra-bright, high-visibility latching LED. Upon receiving a take, the LED illuminates brilliantly, providing a clear visual signal that remains lit for approximately 20 seconds after line movement ceases. This gives you ample time to register the bite, even with the fastest of runs or the most subtle drop-backs. For enhanced visual feedback, especially during low-light conditions, the alarm is equipped with a 2.5mm jack output socket, allowing for the seamless connection of compatible illuminated hangers or swingers. This integration creates a complete, highly-responsive indication system that keeps you connected to what's happening at the business end.Built to withstand the rigours of bankside life, the NGT VX2 Bite Alarm features a durable, water-resistant casing that protects its sensitive internal electronics from rain, fog, and spray. This all-weather reliability means you can focus on your fishing, knowing your alarm will not let you down when the conditions turn against you.Key Features and Technical Specifications:* Product Type: Electronic Bite Alarms* Variable Volume Control: Easily adjust the output level to suit your needs.* Variable Tone Control: Customise the pitch of the alarm for easy identification.* High-Visibility Latching LED: Provides a bright, clear visual signal of a bite.* 2.5mm Jack Output Socket: For connecting illuminated visual indicators like hangers and bobbins.* Water-Resistant Construction: Ensures reliable performance in adverse weather conditions.* Power Source: Requires one 12v LRV08 battery (not included) for long-lasting operation.* Mounting: Standard thread for universal compatibility with all banksticks and pod setups. tradeinn Waveinn
