Nike ZoomX Vaporfly Next% 4 Women Running Shoes

The Nike Vaporfly 4 is the latest generation of Nike’s raceday shoe designed for maximum speed and efficiency across short and long distances. It combines a redesigned sole with adjustments to weight and fit to deliver a balanced, explosive feel for competition. The midsole uses ZoomX foam in combination with a full-length carbon plate to provide a forward-pushing, stiff sensation. The stack height is lowered to 36 mm in the heel and 29 mm in the forefoot, aiming for a more stable ride without sacrificing the characteristic bounce. The upper features Flyknit Atomknit 2.0 for better ventilation and a more precise fit. Additional weight reductions come from a lighter upper, midsole, and outsole, and from a thinner outsole compared to earlier Vaporfly generations. Engineered mesh helps reduce weight while maintaining fit, and a heel bulge design helps reduce weight on the inside of the foot for stability.
