ND (Neutral Density) Filter Variable 55mm, reduces light intensity by 1 to 5 stops (ND2-ND32) Unique NiSi True Color film, minimises colour casts and ensures no X effect Multilayer coating on both sides of the optical glass for NiSi precision applications. Waterproof Nano Coating, anti-reflection and IR blocking are present. Two-tone anodised aluminium structure with excellent grip Removable side lever and intensity indicator on the side of the filter Including hard-wearing fabric case and protective cap (NiSi Cap) NB: The Vario-ND True Color filter is still a variable ND filter, so it will never achieve the homogeneity and neutrality of NiSi fixed-density ND filters. For specific uses where fixed density NDs are possible (and especially for focal lengths under 35mm), we recommend fixed density ND filters. This advice is valid for variable filters of any brand, even more so if they are not of NiSi brand, for which we guarantee the highest quality and performance possible for these instruments. NB: The front thread of the filter is 58mm, larger than the rear thread which is 55mm, to avoid vignetting on wider angle lenses. In any case, it screws onto lenses with a 82mm front thread, to know the thread of your lens read the description on the manufacturer's website or look on the lens itself.
