NordicTrack RW300 rower combines robust resistance with smart coaching to deliver a full-body workout that targets back, shoulders, arms, legs, glutes and core. It offers 26 digital resistance levels with Silent Magnetic Resistance for a smooth, quiet rowing motion that adapts to your fitness level. The machine includes a clear 5" LCD display to monitor live stats and, for guided sessions, a device shelf to position your tablet or device while you follow iFIT trainers from around the world.
