Nordlux Aludra Double Seaside Outdoor Wall Light - Anthracite - 2-Bulb E27

Aludra is a line of outdoor wall lights featuring a cylindrical head with a grooved surface that recalls antique column fluting. Inside the grooved structure, a satin-finished diffuser provides soft, glare-free light that shines evenly in all directions, making it suitable for practical outdoor orientation lighting. The lights have an IP54 rating for protection against the elements and are designed to withstand coastal conditions, including wind, sand, and salt. Available materials include galvanised steel (with possible zinc coating irregularities), copper, and brass, which develop a natural patina over time without compromising durability. The Aludra Double version adds upward and downward lighting and is made from aluminium with polycarbonate diffusers at both ends; it is seawater resistant for coastal installation. Dimming is possible with a compatible dimmable bulb, and the product is intended for use at entrances, terraces, and balconies, especially when multiple units are installed together.

Design and build

The Aludra Double outdoor wall light is made of aluminium and features polycarbonate diffusers at both the top and bottom. It was designed for Nordlux by Jacob Jensen Design and emphasizes sculptural design and modern minimalism. The seawater-resistant construction allows coastal installation, and multiple units create a decorative lighting effect for entrances, terraces, or balconies.
