North Star Ralfy Blended Malt Scotch 11 year old 54.1% ABV Nose: Sweeter/spicy phenolic & wood-rich, raisin-oak, soft vanillas, syrupy gingers, soft plum & a little light French mustard. Adding water sweetens the nose & lifts cask influence. Palate: Caol Ila peat, ginger, oakwood, soft liquorice with hunts of absinthe, adding water brings out saltiness, some tar & chimney-peat , with mint, floral & savoury green sage. Produced in Scotland
