Novoflex Classic Ball 5 Ii Tripod. NOVOFLEX ClassicBall 5 II Ball Head: Precision Engineering for Uncompromised StabilityExperience the pinnacle of German engineering with the NOVOFLEX ClassicBall 5 II, a professional-grade ball head designed for photographers and videographers who refuse to compromise on stability and precision. Built for demanding situations and heavy equipment, this ball head is the ultimate tool for achieving perfectly sharp, impeccably framed shots every time. Its robust construction provides an incredible support capacity of up to 26 lbs (12 kg), making it the ideal partner for full-frame DSLRs or mirrorless systems with heavy telephoto lenses. The most defining characteristic of the ClassicBall 5 II is its absolute locking power. Once you have set your composition, the ball locks into place with zero drift or movement. This eliminates the frustrating micro-shifts that can ruin a meticulously planned shot, ensuring that what you see in your viewfinder is exactly what you capture. At the core of this incredible performance is the AFC (advanced friction control) system. This intuitive mechanism allows you to precisely preset a defined and repeatable friction level based on the weight of your camera setup. Say goodbye to fumbling with multiple knobs, with the ClassicBall 5 II, you can achieve smooth, controlled camera movement and secure locking with a single, ergonomic control.Version II introduces a game-changing true panorama panning base, ingeniously located at the bottom of the housing and featuring a 360° laser-engraved scale for ultimate accuracy. To make use of this incredible function, the ball head is turned upside down on your tripod. This unique orientation allows for a 100% accurate leveling of the panning base itself, independent of the tripod´s legs. To support this, the CB5 II comes with an integrated bubble level, guaranteeing a perfectly level horizon for seamless, professional-quality panoramic shots. The tedious necessity to constantly lengthen and shorten the legs of your tripod to find a level plane no longer exists.Designed for maximum creative flexibility, the ClassicBall 5 II features three vertical 90° openings for the ball neck. This gives you far greater freedom to switch to portrait orientation or make extreme angle adjustments compared to heads with a single notch. Every detail, from the smooth-as-silk ball movement to the durable, all-metal construction, speaks to a legacy of quality and reliability. For the discerning photographer seeking a lifetime of dependable performance, the NOVOFLEX ClassicBall 5 II is not just an accessory—it is an investment in perfection.FEATURES:* Three vertical 90° openings for the ball neck* AFC (advanced friction control) system for precisely repeatable and defined friction preset* No more fumbling for friction, locking and panning knobs* Absolutely no change of ball position during locking* Height: 4.6 / 117.5 mm* Base diameter: 3.07 / 78 mm* Camera-mount diameter: 2.3 / 59 mm* Weight: 2.1 lbs / 970 g* Support: 26 lbs / 12 kg* Tripod connection: 1/4 and 3/8 thread* Camera connection: 1/4 and 3/8 thread. tradeinn Techinn
