When your project involves large surface areas, such as hull fairing, deck repairs, or creating custom shapes, the 410 Microlight is your most valuable partner. The primary advantage of WEST SYSTEM 410 is its incredibly low density. This creates an epoxy putty that is remarkably lightweight, making it a dream to handle and apply, especially on vertical and overhead surfaces where heavier fillers would sag and create more work. By reducing the overall weight of the repair, you help maintain your vessel´s performance and balance. This lightweight characteristic also means you get more volume of filler for your money, making it a highly economical choice for extensive projects.Perhaps the most celebrated feature of 410 Microlight is its unparalleled sandability. Anyone who has spent hours sanding traditional fillers will appreciate the revolutionary difference. This compound sands with remarkable ease, dramatically reducing the time and physical effort required to achieve a perfectly smooth, even surface. It allows you to create fine, feathered edges that blend seamlessly with the surrounding substrate, ensuring your repairs are virtually invisible after painting. Say goodbye to strenuous, dusty hours of sanding and hello to a faster, cleaner, and more satisfying finishing process.Product Specifications & Application GuideMicrolight 410 is a low density filler ideal for creating a lightweight, easy to handle filler especially suitable for large surfaces.Microlight mixes easily with the epoxy mix at ratios of 7% to 16% by weight, and when cured is easier to sand than any other filler system.
