THE FIRST OF ITS KIND - Our Cuvee Chérie MV demi-sec is the first of its kind produced in England. It has light, golden hues and a slight silver undertone, balancing sweetness and acidity. Made from Chardonnay grapes grown in our West Sussex and Hampshire vineyards. TRADITIONAL METHOD - Aged for around three years on lees in our cellar to give our English Sparkling Wine depth and complexity TASTING NOTES - Aromas of pure lemon, mineral, honey, and a hint of tangerine on the nose. The palate has a lively sweet-lemon start offset by a crisp acidity and a clean, pure structure.
