The jacket is rated to 10 000 mm H2O waterproofing with 10 000 g/m²/24h breathability and has critical seams taped. A PFC-free durable water repellent treatment sheds light precipitation. Insulation is Primaloft Active, paired with Repreve recycled polyester shell fabric, for warmth with a relatively low bulk and improved drying time. Cut in a slim fit, the Fwc'Cruz Duo includes a fixed, adjustable hood and an adjustable hem to lock in heat. Underarm ventilation with pit zips allows airflow on steeper climbs or vigorous descents. A fixed snow skirt provides protection from powder and jacket-to-pant connection keeps snow out when skiing.
