The OB1 Multi Surface Sealant and Adhesive is a solvent-free, hybrid polymer sealant designed for versatile bonding and sealing across a wide range of materials. It combines properties of mastics, wood and polyurethane adhesives, silicones, acrylics, and butyl rubber to deliver durability without cracking or shrinking. The formulation is odourless and food-safe, offering high elasticity with up to 350% elongation and excellent weather resistance. It maintains performance from -40°C to +120°C and can be used in underwater applications, including swimming pools, without draining the water. Suitable for bonding and sealing metals, plastics, glass, mirrors, stone, wood, and painted surfaces, it is also compatible with worktops such as marble, granite, and quartz. The product is ISEGA approved for food safety and contains no solvents or VOCs, contributing to a safer indoor air quality in residential, domestic, and industrial settings.
