FIRE RESISTANCE – Provides up to 4 hours fire protection (EN 1366‑4) once fully cured; suitable for linear joints up to 30mm wide in wall/ceiling and wall/floor connections. APPLICATION TEMPERATURE – Can be applied between +5°C and +40°C, with an operating temperature range of –40°C to +90°C once cured. CURE TIME – Forms skin in 10 minutes and cures at 2–3mm per 24 hours; full fire‑rated performance is achieved only after complete curing. SURFACE PREPARATION – Surfaces must be clean, dry, dust‑free, and free from oil/grease; applies to most substrates without the need for primer. TOOLS REQUIRED – Can be applied using any standard cartridge gun; includes a nozzle but tooling requires a separate finishing tool or spatula. COVERAGE RATE – One 290ml cartridge covers approx. 11 linear metres at a 5mm bead (coverage varies depending on joint width and depth).
