ANTI FUNGAL & MOULD RESISTANT FORMULA: Formulated with a non staining, neutral curing hybrid technology and anti fungal additives, making it ideal for high humidity areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, showers, and sanitary installations. CONTROLLED WORKING TIME & CURING PERFORMANCE: Provides an initial open time with skin formation at approx. 10 minutes at +23 °C / 50 % RH. Cures at approximately 2–3 mm per 24 hours, forming a permanently elastic, waterproof seal suitable for high movement joints. WIDE TEMPERATURE, WATER & CHEMICAL RESISTANCE: Apply between +5 °C and +40 °C. Once cured, provides long term performance from –40 °C to +100 °C with excellent UV, moisture, and weather resistance. Frost resistant during transport down to –15 °C. Not suitable for continuous underwater exposure. EXCELLENT ADHESION & SUBSTRATE COMPATIBILITY: Adheres without primer to most common surfaces including ceramics, porcelain, glass, aluminium, stainless steel, PVC U, coated metals, painted surfaces, concrete, plaster, and masonry, even on slightly damp substrates. Tensile strength approx. 1.0 N/mm², with 450% elongation at break for lasting flexibility. JOINT SIZE & APPLICATION GUIDANCE: Suitable for sealing expansion, connection, and perimeter joints in sanitary installations. Follow standard joint design: For joints up to 10 mm, use 1:1 depth to width ratio (min. 5 mm). For joints wider than 10 mm, depth = width ÷ 3 + 6 mm. Apply in vertical stripes with 10–20 cm spacing; support heavy items for up to 24 hours. CLEANING, COVERAGE & STORAGE: Uncured material and tools can be cleaned with OB1 Cleaner; cured product can only be removed mechanically. A 290 ml cartridge typically yields 8–12 linear metres, depending on joint size. Store unopened between +5 °C and +25 °C. Shelf life 24 months when stored as recommended.
