Flame-roasted on the very day they are picked to lock in their rich, smoky flavour and glorious colour. A golden GTA star winner, these peppers are celebrated for being as delicious eaten straight from the jar as they are cooked with. Their versatility makes them a perfect, gourmet addition to elevate salads, pasta dishes, pizzas, and stuffings.Prepared with care, they contain only simple ingredients: Red Peppers (39%), Yellow Peppers (39%), Water, Red Wine Vinegar, Sugar, and Sea Salt. A low-calorie ingredient at just 31kcal per 100g. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated, ensure the peppers remain fully submerged in the brine, and consume within one week.
