DL20621), this is a genuine single-cask bottling - where the official Talisker 10 is married from multiple casks for consistency, this Old Particular captures the character of one cask alone. Just 356 bottles exist worldwide. NATURAL STRENGTH 48.4% ABV - Bottled at its natural strength, with no colouring and no chill-filtration. A more characterful, more individual presentation than the official Talisker 10 - exactly as it rested in the cask, nothing added, nothing taken away. CLASSIC TALISKER CHARACTER - A nose of brine, peat and sea-spray giving way to black pepper and citrus peel. An oily, mouth-coating palate of peppery warmth developing to malt and toffee.
