Usage and nutrition

To prepare, mix 334 g (2 cups) with 700 ml of water in a shaker and blend for 45–60 seconds. It can be consumed after training. For a creamier shake with more calories, mix with 700 ml skim milk instead of water. New users should start with ½ serving in the first week and gradually increase to one serving or more several times a day as appropriate within a balanced diet and training plan.
