Massive on the entry, the mid-palate is diverse with flavours of dark plums, black pepper and cherries. Rich, enveloping and vivacious, the wine finishes with perpetuating energy and length— not to mention the satisfying tannins that rouse a desire for more VINIFICATION: Aged for 12 months in French oak (38% new) ENJOY AT HOME: Perfect paired with rich meat, as the high tannins in the wine work well with the rich and fatty elements in the dish.
