Osmo Country Colour in Charcoal is a high-quality exterior wood finish that provides durable protection for outdoor joinery. It combines the benefits of an oil-based coating with the look of paint, delivering a microporous, breathable film that resists cracking, peeling and flaking. The finish offers excellent weather and UV resistance, along with water and dirt repellency, helping to keep wood surfaces looking good while reducing swelling and shrinkage. The product is ready to use with no thinning required and is supplied in a 750 ml container. A natural oil alternative for exterior wood, it is designed to be applied thinly and evenly along the grain and can be used on new or prepared timber. Typical coverage is around 26 m² per litre for a single coat, with two coats recommended for best results.

This formulation does not require sanding for maintenance and is suitable for exterior use on joinery. It remains microporous, so the surface can breathe while protecting the wood from the elements. The finish is designed to be applied in thin coats and is compatible with tools such as a flat brush or microfibre roller. The product is supplied by Osmo and has a weight around 1.98 pounds.

1. Ensure the wood surface is clean, dry, and frost-free before application.
2. Stir the product well before use.
3. For best results, apply the first coat to all sides of the wood before installation.
4. Use an Osmo Flat Brush or Osmo Microfibre Roller to apply the finish thinly and evenly along the wood grain.
