ManoMano General description Osmo Uviwax® UV-Protection is a unique non-yellowing UV protection solution designed for wood surfaces. It offers excellent UV resistance and is water and dirt resistant, making it suitable for children's toys. The microporous, breathable finish ensures that it does not crack, peel, or flake, and it allows for easy spot repairs without the need for sanding. Technical specifications Volume: 750ml Moisture content of wood: max. 18% Coating temperature: at least +10°C Drying time: approx. 3-4 hours under good ventilation Sanding grit for surface preparation: P360 Installation Ensure the wood surface is clean, dry, and frost-free before application. Degrease very resinous woods (e.g., Larch) with Osmo Brush Cleaner and Thinner. Apply using an Osmo Flat Brush or a spray coating method, spreading thinly and evenly along the wood grain. If necessary, sand the wood again with fine sandpaper before applying the second coat. Allow the finish to fully cure before heavy usage.
