General description Owatrol E-B is a high-penetrating, stir-in paint additive designed for use in water-based masonry or interior paints. It effectively alleviates peeling problems on porous surfaces, making it especially suitable for unstable, chalky, and powdery surfaces, as well as crumbling brickwork or render. Owatrol E-B acts as a stabilizer, penetrating deep into the surface to firmly bond the first coat of paint to the substrate, eliminating the need for a separate primer. If dirty, wash with water and detergent, rinse thoroughly, and allow to dry before painting.
