Paella Seasoning 500g

Packed with herbs & spices to create an authentic tasting paella dish. Heat oil in a pan and cook the onion until soft, add the seasoning and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add the rice, stock and tomatoes and cook uncovered for 15 minutes - stirring occasionally - until almost tender. Stir in the seafood and cover with a lid, cook for 5 minutes until cooked through and the rice is tender. Top with some fresh lemon juice & serve hot. Substitute the seafood for another meat or alternative - adjust cooking times or pre cook! Try using vegetables such as peppers, peas or fresh tomatoes.
