Pale Fox Alcohol Free Sparkling Wine 0% ABV 75cl

Our alcohol free sparkling wine is a blend of Pinot Grigio and our signature glera grapes from the Valley of the Foxes. We then make an aromatic still white wine before removing the alcohol using a process called inverse osmosis. The result is complex and celebratory with an extra dry balance of acidity, fruit and yeasty notes. Bouquet: white flowers, crisp green apple. Taste: pear, citrus peach, toasted almonds. Pairing: fish or vegetable starters, seafood, light pasta, fruit desserts. The grapes are harvested in the first 10 days of September from vines at sea level with an average age of 12-25 years.
