Panadol Extra Soluble Tablets Pain Relief Pack of 24

Panadol Extra Soluble Pain Relief Tablets combine 500 mg paracetamol with 65 mg caffeine in a fast-acting soluble format. The tablets dissolve quickly in water for rapid absorption, providing relief from tough pains such as headaches, migraines, toothache, back pain, period pain, joint pain, and fever. Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over, you can take one to two tablets in a glass of water every four to six hours as needed, with a maximum of eight tablets in 24 hours. They can be taken on an empty stomach. Always read the label and follow the instructions, and avoid using with other products containing paracetamol or caffeine. If symptoms persist, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking other medicines, or have liver or kidney disease, consult a doctor. Store in the original packaging, below 25°C, and keep out of reach of children.
