Pancake Batter Mix 140g

An easy to use pancake mix - simply add water & egg. Makes delicious pancakes in minutes. Mix entire pack with 250ml cold water & 1 medium egg, whisk until smooth and cook in a pan. Spread mixture around till it covers the bottom of a hot pan, wait till bubbles start to form & flip. Try adding fruit, cinnamon or chocolate chips to the pancakes!
