A tasty seasoning packed with Indian spices to create a delicious, smooth pathia curry. Use this with chicken, beef or lamb for an authentic taste. Simple, easy to follow recipe, serve up a traditional Indian feast at home! Heta oil in a pan and cook onions, garlic and bay leaves until soft, add 700g meat or veg and cook until browned, add 20g seasoning and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add the remaining seasoning along with 400g chopped tomatoes and 1tbsp brown suguar, cook for 1 minutes then add tomato puree, vinegar and stock. Simmer for 20 minutes, until sauce has thickened, remove the bay leaves and serve with rice, coriander and chutney.
