Made of coated aluminium, a lightweight material that allows for very good heat conduction, unbeatable crispness and easy release. Oven safe up to +230°C. Be sure to follow the precautions for use when using the molds: essential lubrication (ideally with a spray) and cleaning by hand as they are not dishwasher safe. Made in Europe.
