In 2018, Mike Paladini and his wife, Kerry, found out they were expecting a baby girl, Penelope. To commemorate this occasion, Mike quickly realized he wanted to create a spirit that embodied the daily joy of celebrating life’s pleasures – big and small. CASK FINISH Part of Penelope’s Cooper Series, Valencia takes the signature four-grain bourbon, aged 4–5 years, and finishes it for up to 12 months in Vino de Naranja (orange wine) casks from Seville, Spain, for a citrus-forward twist on the classic mash bill.
