AGAVE SPRIIT - Made in exactly the same way as an Artisanal Mezcal, but not certified as such do to the tiny scale of the production. JX1 ENSAMBLE CON CUCHARILLA - Made by Jose Garcia from wild Tepextate, Tobala, Bicuishe, and Cucharilla (a Dasylirion aka Sotol plant) making this a mezcal / sotol hybrid. TASTING NOTES – Jasmine, fresh herbs, grapefruit zest, biscuits, caramel, and earthy minerals. Complex and constantly evolving. SMALL BATCH – Our mezcaleros produce tiny batches using low heat, and long fermentation, creating a spirit of exceptional purity. ELEVATED EXPERIENCE – Agave spirits are a stimulating experience, perfect for long nights with good company. COMMUNITY PROJECTS - We donate 10% of proceeds from each bottle sold to community projects to help people living in the deprived rural areas where our mezcals are made.
