We individually grind mace blades and cinnamon in a pestle and mortar to bring out the oil in our ingredients. This spicy gin also has black cardamom for an element of smokiness and green cardamom for a citrusy aftertaste. CHOOSE YOUR PERFECT SERVE: Serve this gin with tonic, mixers or in cocktails. Our Spaniel gin pairs beautifully with a classic range of tonics or mixers such as ginger ale, standard tonic or light lemonade mixer. Mix with Tabasco, tomato juice and a splash of Fino sherry to make a fiery Red Snapper. Try garnishing with a lime wedge or gherkin for a final flourish. WE “NOSE” OUR GIN!
