To do this simply pull the ball out of the ring. To replace the ball place the dimpled ball on the edge of the ring and push the other side in. Manufactured from Surgical Stainless Steel so will not rust, corrode or stain. This jewellery is best for healed piercings. Surgical Stainless Steel contains traces of nickel so may not be suitable for those with a nickel allergies
