The threading is not centred on the back of the flower but rather is towards the top of the flower which allows it to hang better on a piercing This labret is manufactured from Surgical Stainless Steel so will not rust, corrode or stain. The housing for the CZ dropdown is manufactured from brass. This jewellery is best for healed piercings.
