Palate: Savoury meat glaze and honey lead, with almonds and walnuts lending depth, malty bread and coffee grinds adding rustic bite, herbal toffee and treacle weaving through, then peppery oak furnishes a long, warming finish. Finish: A savoury, meat jus finish coats the palate with treacle on maltloaf, then unfolds peppery cashews, leathery notes and anise, before finally settling into dry oak.
