EXOTIC BARBADOS RUM: A warm, exotic Barbados dark rum with aromas of tropical fruit, vanilla, white peach and coconut. On the palate, expect candied pineapple and mango, oaky vanilla, fresh citrus and lively tannins, finishing smooth and rounded CRAFTED IN BARBADOS: A blend distilled at Stade’s West Indies Rum Distillery on Barbados, then ‘double aged’: matured in bourbon casks in the Caribbean’s tropical climate and finished for a further year in old French oak in south-west France HERITAGE: Distilled at Stade’s West Indies Rum Distillery, founded in 1893 on Brighton Beach. The Distiller’s Vault and vintage stills preserve rum know-how; part of the blend is made on ‘Old Gregg’s’ copper pot still, handcrafted in 1850 RUM PUNCH: Follow Planteray’s ‘one of sour, two of sweet’ rule: 60ml rum, 40ml simple syrup, 20ml fresh lime, 80ml chilled water, 2 dashes bitters + grated nutmeg. Stir with plenty of ice; serve well chilled in a highball glass
