Amazon Bold, long-aged tropical rum with coffee, vanilla and fudge on the nose, a hint of smoke, evolving into fruity spice with citrus and tobacco. From a 2004 vintage finished in Cognac casks for a lingering cherry, clove and cocoa finish. Plantation Vintage Series - Terravera Collection - Fiji 19 year old 50.3% ABV Nose: Very intense, it starts with coffee, vanilla and fudge followed by peach, orange peel, banana, cooked pear, walnut and cocoa. Palate: Oily and tangy, it follows the nose with nutmeg, quince, citrus peel, hazelnut and coconut, followed by balsam, tobacco and cinnamon. Finish: Very long on smoky molasses, cocoa, almond, cherry, apple, vanilla and cloves.
