Press the NRC button on the station and you will immediately notice the difference. Together with the adjustable ASQ and SQ functions (5 and 25 levels respectively) you will achieve exceptional reception quality.Other functions:- The station also has a FUNC button to quickly customize important functions such as key sound, VOX and Roger Beep levels, and a Monitor function, which allows you to listen to the current channel without transmitting. In addition, the PNI Escort HP 82 has a power selection function that allows you to choose between low (1.5 W) and high (4 W) emission power and a key lock function that prevents accidental button presses.Mobile or portable CB station:- The PNI Escort HP 82 can be used both as a mobile station in cars by installing the cigarette lighter plug adapter for 12V car power and the connector for the external antenna, but also as a portable station for use in open fields, parking lots, traffic control, etc. by connecting the 240 mm BNC antenna and the 1800mAh Li-Ion battery. We recommend using it together with an external CB antenna for long range. We also do not recommend using it with the small antenna inside the car, as the radio waves are shielded by the metal of the car.WARNINGS:- Do not use the DC adapter together with the BNC antenna.- If the station beeps, it means the battery is low. Turn off the station for a few minutes and connect it to 12V to charge the battery.Specifications:General:- Exemplary: Portable- Emission band type: AM/FM- channels: 40- Frequency: 26.965 - 27.405 MHz- Microphone type (pins): - Speaker audio power: 1W- Emission power: 4W- Hi/Low power selection: Yes- feeding: 12V (via adapter) or 7.4V (via Li-Ion battery)- Current consumption: max. 1.3A- Dimensions (W x H x D / Weight): 150 x 35 x 63 mm (without antenna) 325 gr (without antenna, battery included)Special:- Dual Watch: Yes- Channel scan: Yes- ASQ: Yes, 5 levels- Keyboard lock: Yes- LCR - last selected channel: Yes- Emergency channels: Yes- Roger Beep: Yes- VOX: Yes, 5 levels- Manual squelch: Yes, 25 levels- TOT (Time out Timer): Yes- Low battery indicator: Yes- Operating temperature: -26°C ~ +80°C- Key sound: Yes- Screen lighting: Yes- NRC: Yes- Channel monitoring: Yes- Display: YesFront panel connections:- 2 PIN PNI-K connector for headset: YesIn the box:- Radio station: Yes- Radio station mounting bracket and screws: Yes- Microphone holder and screws: Yes- Cigarette lighter socket: Yes- User manual: Yes- Antenna: BNC antenna 240 mm- Antenna adapter and 12 V power supply: Yes- Battery: 1800mAh- Power: Yes- Belt holder: Yes. tradeinn Motardinn
