The wine is aged for 8 months in French oak barrels and 3 months in the bottle. Best served slightly chilled at 18°C FRESH & FRUITY: A fruit-driven wine, this Barbera d'Asti's pale purple highlights are accompanied by a full and intense bouquet with the scent of cherries and an emerging spicy hint. Fresh and full-flavoured with a balanced and long finish PAIRING NOTES: An Italian red wine that can be enjoyed throughout an entire meal, but pairs particularly well with richly flavoured dishes, roasts, grilled meats and cheeses VINTAGE SELECTION: The Barbera d'Asti DOCG comes from the 2019/2020 vintage, a difficult year for vineyards that led to the production of some excellent wine that has matured to perfection
