Polar LeakFix Fibred Roof Coating - Waterproof Sealant Grey 5L One-Coat Leak & Crack Repair for Roofs, Gutters and Drainpipes UV Resistant No Primer Needed

SEALS LEAKS & WATERPROOFS INSTANTLY: Our waterproof roof sealant is a high-performance fibred and rubberised coating designed to seal leaks, cracks and damaged exterior surfaces. It forms a strong, flexible membrane that helps protect against damp and weather damage, making it ideal for emergency repairs and ongoing roof maintenance. MADE FOR ROOFS & EXTERIOR REPAIRS: Our roof sealant is suitable for flat and pitched roofs, gutters, windows, pipework and drainpipes. Use on asphalt, bitumen, brick, concrete, stone, tiles, grout, wood, fibreglass, metal and lead, making it a versatile flat roof repair and exterior maintenance solution. EASY TO APPLY WITH NO PRIMER: Clear moss and debris, remove surface water and clean away oil, grease and dirt before application. Stir well and apply directly without primer using a brush or roller. One generous coat is normally enough, although porous or challenging surfaces may require a second coat after 2-3 days. 1M² COVERAGE PER LITRE: Our roof sealer waterproof grey coating covers approximately 1m² per litre, depending on the surface and application method. It is touch dry in 3-4 hours and completely cured within 6-7 days. Ideal for felt roof repair, gutters, sheds and general exterior maintenance where reliable waterproofing is needed.
