Elevate Your Visuals with the PolarPro Chroma VND/PL 6-9 + Black Mist Filter - McKinnon Edition (49mm)Unlock unparalleled creative control and achieve a signature cinematic look directly in-camera with the PolarPro Chroma VND/PL 6-9 stop filter, enhanced with a Black Mist diffusion effect. Developed in collaboration with visionary creator Peter McKinnon, this 49mm filter is a masterclass in optical engineering, designed for discerning photographers and filmmakers who refuse to compromise on quality or efficiency. It combines three essential filters into one seamless, professional-grade tool for your DSLR or mirrorless camera system. The Ultimate All-in-One Creative SolutionThis innovative filter merges a high-performance Variable Neutral Density (VND), a Circular Polarizer (CPL), and a subtle Black Mist diffusion layer. The powerful 6 to 9 stop VND range is engineered specifically for shooting in bright, harsh lighting conditions. It allows you to open up your aperture for a beautifully shallow depth of field or maintain cinematic shutter speeds for perfect motion blur, even on the sunniest days. Simultaneously, the integrated circular polarizer cuts through distracting glare and reflections from surfaces like water and glass, while dramatically enhancing color saturation and contrast in skies and foliage, making your images pop with vibrant, natural color.Flawless Color and Ethereal DiffusionAt the heart of this filter lies PolarPro's groundbreaking Chroma™ glass technology. This new optical standard guarantees zero color shift and exceptional color rendition across the entire VND range. Say goodbye to the magenta or green color casts that plague lesser filters and eliminate the need for tedious color correction in post-production. Your footage and photos will retain their true-to-life color accuracy. Adding to its creative prowess, the integrated Black Mist element provides a ¼ strength diffusion that delicately softens highlights, lifts shadows, and creates a subtle, pleasing halation around light sources. This effect reduces the harsh digital sharpness of modern lenses, smooths skin tones beautifully, and imparts a dreamy, ethereal quality to your visuals, elevating your work from standard to cinematic.Intuitive Design for the Demanding CreatorEngineered for a fluid and tactile shooting experience, the McKinnon Edition filter features a unique haptic feedback mechanism. Feel a distinct click at each stop as you adjust the density, allowing you to make precise changes by feel without ever taking your eye off the viewfinder. The preset stop range is meticulously calibrated to prevent any risk of cross-polarization, ensuring a clean, artifact-free image at all settings. The frame is crafted from lightweight yet durable aerospace aluminum, with laser-etched stop indicators for clear visibility. For ultimate protection, the filter includes the rugged Defender360™ case, providing a waterproof and dustproof seal to keep your investment safe in any environment.Key Features:* Combines a 6-9 Stop VND, Circular Polarizer, and ¼ Black Mist Diffusion in a single unit.* Features PolarPro's new Chroma™ glass for zero color shift and perfect color neutrality.* Haptic feedback mechanism provides tactile confirmation when adjusting stops.* Preset stop range eliminates the risk of cross-polarization.* Integrated Black Mist diffusion softens highlights and adds a cinematic, filmic quality.* Circular Polarizer reduces glare and enhances color saturation.* Aerospace aluminum frame offers a lightweight and durable construction.* Includes the robust Defender360™ protective case for storage and transport.* Designed for 49mm lens threads on DSLR and mirrorless cameras. tradeinn Techinn
