This workflow enhancement is a game-changer for run-and-gun videographers, wedding photographers, and anyone working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Optically, the Helix filter combines two essential cinematic effects into one seamless unit. First, it features a high-performance 2-to-5 stop Variable Neutral Density (VND) filter. This range is perfect for most daylight shooting conditions, allowing you to maintain wide apertures for a shallow depth of field or achieve ideal shutter speeds for natural motion blur in your videos, all without overexposing your image. The filter features preset stop control with distinct haptic feedback, enabling you to feel each stop adjustment without ever taking your eye off the shot. This tactile response ensures precise, repeatable results every time.Integrated directly into the VND is a beautiful Mist diffusion effect. This subtle yet powerful element softens digital sharpness, smooths skin tones, and creates a gentle, ethereal bloom around light sources and in highlights. It adds a touch of organic, cinematic character to your footage and photos, reducing harsh contrast and lending a more polished, professional look straight out of the camera.Crafted from pristine German CinemaSeries™ Glass, the filter guarantees exceptional clarity, sharpness, and flawless color neutrality across the entire stop range. PolarPro´s advanced coating technology ensures a hyper-neutral color profile, eliminating the color cast issues that plague lesser-quality VND filters. Furthermore, these robust coatings provide hydrophobic, oleophobic, and scratch-resistant properties, protecting your investment and making it easy to clean in challenging field conditions. The filter is housed in a durable, lightweight aerospace-grade aluminum frame, built to withstand the rigors of professional use. Included with the filter is a magnetic hard case, providing robust protection during transport and storage. tradeinn Techinn
