Meticulously designed for the modern carp angler who demands precision and reliability, this hook is the definitive choice for constructing flawless chod and stiff rigs. Its unique geometry and advanced features work in perfect harmony to turn more inquiries into securely hooked fish, giving you the ultimate confidence in your end tackle. The Chod-X is engineered from the ground up to be the perfect partner for pop-up presentations. Its design ensures that the hook sits in the most aggressive, effective position, ready to flip and take hold at the slightest touch. The non-reflective, super-slick PTFE coating serves a dual purpose: it provides exceptional camouflage to fool the wariest of carp under clear water conditions, while its low-friction surface dramatically aids penetration, ensuring the hook point drives home with minimal resistance for a deep, secure hook hold. Engineered for Aggressive HookingThe core of this hook´s incredible performance lies in its specific design. The combination of a very long, straight point (with a micro barb) a medium long shank and a slightly inturned hook eye make this hook extremely aggressive. This is the ideal hook for chod/stiff rigs. The material used for these chod/stiff rigs is normally quite thick, but because of the extra big hook eye of the Chod-X you will have no problems when tying these rigs. This thoughtful feature eliminates the frustration of working with high-diameter lines, allowing for quick, neat, and exceptionally strong knots every time. Key Features and Unmatched Benefits* Exceptional Hooking Mechanics: The slightly inturned eye and medium shank length create a distinct flipping action. When a fish inhales the bait, the hook is predisposed to turn downwards and catch hold firmly in the bottom lip, the most desirable and secure position.* Needle-Sharp Penetration: The elongated, straight point is chemically sharpened to a surgical-grade level of sharpness. This ensures an instant prick on contact, while the discreet micro barb provides a secure hold that is less damaging to the fish´s mouth and compliant with many fishery rules.* Superior Rig Construction: Say goodbye to the struggles of threading thick monofilament or fluorocarbon through a small hook eye. The oversized eye on the Chod-X is a game-changer, simplifying the process of tying stiff rigs and ensuring your knots are perfectly seated for maximum strength and reliability.* Stealth and Durability: The matte, non-glare PTFE coating not only makes the hook virtually invisible underwater but also provides a protective layer that enhances its durability and corrosion resistance, ensuring every hook in the pack is in perfect condition when you need it most.Whether you are a seasoned chod rig specialist or looking to perfect your pop-up game, the STRATEGY Polep Chod-X hook delivers uncompromising performance that translates directly to more fish on the bank.--- Technical Specifications* Product Type: Single Eyed Hooks* Coating: High-Grade PTFE (Non-Glare, Low-Friction Finish)* Point: Extended, Straight, Chemically Sharpened with Micro Barb* Eye: Oversized, 20-Degree Slightly Inturned* Shank: Medium Length, Forged* Primary Application: Chod Rigs, Stiff Rigs, Hinge-Stiff Rigs, Pop-up Presentations. tradeinn Waveinn
