General description The Polycell Trade Decorator's Caulk is a flexible acrylic sealant designed for internal and external use, ideal for sealing around skirting, stairs, windows, and doors where movement occurs. It provides a smooth finish that does not require sanding and can be overpainted after approximately one hour. Technical specifications Capacity: 380ml Color: White Drying time: approximately 60 minutes Recoating time: approximately 60 minutes Maximum crack width: 20mm Maximum crack depth: 12mm Installation Apply the caulk using a skeleton gun, ensuring full contact with the sides and back of the joint. Fill cracks or gaps up to 20mm wide and 12mm deep; larger holes should be pre-filled with expanding foam filler. Wipe off excess with a damp cloth and smooth the surface immediately after application. Avoid applying in wet, damp conditions, or when temperatures are below 5°C.
