The Polycell Decorator's Caulk is a flexible acrylic sealant suitable for internal and external use, designed for sealing around skirting, stairs, windows, and doors where movement occurs. It yields a smooth, paint-ready finish that does not require sanding and can be overpainted after approximately one hour. The 380ml white cartridge provides a ready-to-use solution for finishing gaps and joints in interior decorating projects, delivering a durable, waterproof seal with anti-corrosion properties for areas with light moisture exposure.

Usage

Apply the caulk with a skeleton gun, ensuring full contact with the sides and back of the joint. Fill cracks or gaps up to 20mm wide and 12mm deep; larger holes should be pre-filled with expanding foam filler. Wipe off excess with a damp cloth and smooth the surface immediately after application. Apply to areas subject to movement, ensuring the sealant slightly protrudes for shrinkage. Do not apply in wet, damp conditions, or when temperatures are below 5°C. Allow the sealant to cure before painting.
