POLYMAKER PolyLite 1.75 mm 1kg ASA filamentEU Plug.Discover the ultimate solution for 3D printing projects that need to endure the great outdoors with POLYMAKER PolyLite™ 1.75 mm ASA filament. Engineered for durability and resilience, this high-performance material empowers creators, engineers, and hobbyists to produce functional parts that are built to last, no matter the weather. Move beyond the limitations of standard plastics and bring your most demanding applications to life with a filament designed for exceptional performance.PolyLite™ ASA is an advanced alternative to ABS with an improved weather resistance. Its superior UV resistance and excellent mechanical properties make it the perfect choice for a wide range of outdoor applications. Where other materials may fade, crack, or become brittle when exposed to sunlight and harsh weather conditions, PolyLite™ ASA maintains its structural integrity and aesthetic appearance over time. This makes it the ideal filament for creating everything from custom automotive exterior components and drone parts to garden equipment, outdoor sensor housings, and durable signage.PolyLite™ ASA has the same mechanical and thermal properties as PolyLite™ ABS, providing the strength and heat resistance you trust, but with the critical ability to resist degradation from sunlight (UV) and general weather exposure. Its good weather resistance makes it ideal for functional prototypes and end-use parts that need to reliably weather the elements. This ensures your creations remain strong, vibrant, and fully functional for years to come. As one of the premier engineering-grade Filaments on the market, it bridges the gap between ease-of-use and professional-grade results.Key Features:* Exceptional UV Resistance: Specifically formulated to resist the damaging effects of ultraviolet radiation, preventing discoloration and material degradation in outdoor environments.* Superior Weatherability: Stands up to rain, wind, and temperature fluctuations, ensuring long-term durability for all your outdoor projects.* Water Resistant: The material exhibits low water absorption, maintaining its mechanical properties even in humid or wet conditions.* Excellent Mechanical Properties: Delivers high strength, stiffness, and impact resistance, making it suitable for mechanically demanding applications.* High Thermal Resistance: Boasts a high glass transition temperature, allowing printed parts to perform well in elevated temperature environments without deforming.* Superb Print Quality: Offers a smooth, matte surface finish with excellent layer adhesion, resulting in strong and aesthetically pleasing prints.---Technical SpecificationsFilaments Attributes:* Diameter: 1.75 mm* Net Weight: 1 kgPrinting Settings:* Nozzle Temperature: 240°C – 260°C* Printing Speed: 30 mm/s – 50 mm/s* Bed Temperature: 90°C – 100°C* Cooling Fan: OFF for the first few layers, then can be set to 20-50% if needed for overhangs. For best mechanical properties, it is recommended to print with the fan OFF.* Printing Surface: BuildTak®, PEI sheet, or glass with a glue stick or Magigoo.* Young´s Modulus: 2378 ± 127 MPa* Tensile Strength: 44.1 ± 1.1 MPa* Bending Modulus: 2269 ± 111 MPa* Charpy Impact Strength: 11.2 ± 1.1 kJ/m²* Glass Transition Temperature (Tg): ~100°C* Vicat Softening Temperature: 104°CDrying Settings:* For optimal performance and print quality, it is recommended to dry the filament at 80°C for 8 hours before printing. tradeinn Techinn

This blue Polymaker PolyLite ASA filament has a diameter of 1.75mm. ASA consists of a unique mix of high-quality PLA and PHA. This makes it stronger, harder and less brittle than standard PLA filament. ASA is known for its UV stability and high temperature resistance up to 96°C. It does not warp and adheres perfectly to the print bed. You can also print ASA a lot easier than, for example, ABS.The ideal printing temperature is 240 to 260°C. For best results, use a heated bed of 75 to 95 °C.
