Floorseal Porcelain Patio Spring Clean is a powerful & highly effective cleaning agent – solvent, acid & VOC free. Perfect for cleaning all types of porcelain patio’s, paths & driveways of clag, algae, slime, lichen & grime which typically forms in the colder wetter months. This product can also be used at any time of the year to deep clean. Remove slippery algae, lichen, slimes & leaf staining with ease SUITABLE FOR: Any kind of exterior porcelain tile. Specifically targets organic contaminations such as algae, black lichen, slime, moss, fungi, bird droppings, tannin & leaf staining. Also removes general ingrained dirt & grime caused by general use & pets – including odours. HUGE COVERAGE: This product is to be diluted at 1:3 with clean water for general cleaning or undiluted for severe tannin contaminations. 5 litres of concentrate diluted at 1:3 will produce 20 litres of cleaning fluid, easily covering 100m2+ of surface area. Apply to the entire surface and associated grout lines, periodically agitating with a medium stiff brush. Rinse off after use. This cleaner can be applied at stronger or weaker concentrations when required. EASY TO APPLY: This porcelain tile cleaner is very easy to apply with a sprayer, bucket or plastic watering can. Keep the product wet during the treatment time (add more cleaning fluid or a little water to do this) and agitate periodically with a medium stiff brush if required. Rinse off after use. You will require no more than a 15 minute dwell time for the product to remove all organic staining, often only a few minutes is sufficient to thoroughly clean your porcelain patio.
