PROFESSIONAL QUALITY: This matt FINISH porcelain tile sealer is suitable for sealing exterior porcelain tiles against liquid staining. This sealer is NOT designed to alter the appearance of the tile. Your tiles will retain their pre-sealed appearance. Easy to use, suitable for both professionals & DIYers alike. Will not reduce the slip resistance of your porcelain tiles & suitable for use as a pre-grout sealer. A SOLVENT FREE NATURAL FINISH: An environmentally friendly water-based product which does not contain unpleasant solvents or VOCs. Formulated as a simple water-based micro-coating which is designed to dry and cure rapidly. Once the tile is treated & dry it will revert to its pre-sealed appearance. EASY TO APPLY: This sealer is very easy to apply, water-based, low odour and rapid drying. Apply with a microfibre flat mop, pad or microfibre cloth. One very thin coat can be applied prior to grouting to reduce grout haze issues. A second application can made once all grouting & associated clean-up has been completed. If the tiles form an existing older existing patio (which has already been grouted) a single coat can be applied. Apply to both the tile and grout lines. SUITABLE FOR: This sealers purpose is to resist staining from grout hazes and also subsequent organic containments during its lifetime. Suitable for any kind of porcelain exterior tile & matt or glazed interior tiles. This product is suitable for use when the tiles have been grouted with cement-based or resin-based systems. Can be used in wet rooms and adjacent to swimming pools. GREAT COVERAGE: 1 litre of sealer will cover 25m2+ When applied to particularly smooth tiles it can reach a coverage rate of 50m2.
