Sherry-cask richness adds dark fruit, toffee, fig and raisin, with a touch of cocoa. Velvet vanilla and toasted oak weave through, while a whisper of spice a Palate: Powerful peat drives the palate, fused with rich sherry warmth. Waves of smoky iodine, charcoal and espresso mingle with dark fruit notes: fig, plum, raisin, under vanilla and cocoa. Spices and black pepper lift the finish, while coastal salt and Finish: An immense, lingering finish of peat-smoke and iodine fades into rich sherry sweetness, with dried fruit, cocoa and spice.
