The Reflex vertical expansion vessel for potable water manages changes in water volume due to temperature fluctuations. It accommodates these changes as closed hot water circuits cannot compress water. In cold conditions, the pre-charge pressure collapses the bladder until the pump starts, inflating the bladder. As system temperature rises, increased pressure and volume allow expanded water to enter the bladder, increasing volume and reducing pressure.
