Premium Impregnating Sealer (20 Litre)

PROFESSIONAL QUALITY: Floorseal Premium Impregnating Sealer is suitable for professional and DIY use. Apply to any porous natural stone like sandstone, slate, and limestone. This sealer is a fully breathable impregnating sealer so will not alter the appearance of the treated surface. For Interior or exterior use. This our flagship impregnating sealer which has a particularly high polymer content so strongly resists liquid staining. Apply twice to saturation, removing the excess product to seal your surfaces. EASY TO APPLY: Premium Impregnating Sealer is water-based, low odour and dries rapidly. Simply apply with a sprayer, roller, or brush. Touch dry in approximately 30 minutes and is fully water repellent after 24 hours. This sealer lasts at least 4 to 5 years and can be reapplied when some porosity to the stone is noted. Apply the product twice, approximately 40 minutes to one hour apart. Remove any excess product after 20-30 minutes has elapsed (after each application). SAFE FOR SEALING HISTORIC OR VERY POROUS FLOORS: Suitable for sealing new and old floors which have no damp proof membrane present. This breathable penetrating sealer will seal both the surface of the tile & associated pointing/grout lines without trapping moisture. Safe to use within listed buildings as the sealer is non-film forming. Premium Impregnating Sealer does not alter the appearance of the treated surface. The sealing polymers of this breathable sealer are ‘in’ the surface not sitting ‘on’ the surface thus ensuring breathability. Compatible with floors jointed with lime, traditional sand & cement joints and cement-based grouts. STAIN RESISTANT & SOLVENT FREE: This powerful impregnating stone sealer contains high active polymers. These polymers resist water and oil-based staining whilst retaining the natural appearance of stone. The application of this sealer helps your pavers; flagstones & tiled floors resist oil and water-based staining (and inhibit organic growth on exterior surfaces). Premium Impregnating Sealer does not contain solvents or VOCs therefore is low odour. Perfect for sealing sensitive interior or exterior surfaces including lime pointing. SUITABLE FOR USE ON: Porous surfaces - including old floors and newly laid porous tiles. Such as sandstone, slate, flagged floors, travertine, limestone, concrete & more. Any floor where you do NOT wish to alter the appearance of the treated surface but DO require the surface to strongly resist staining & organic growth. Can also be applied to tables, fireplaces, ornaments, wet rooms & pool surrounds. Suitable for use as a pre-grout sealer.
