Premium Medium Rusk 500g

Medium rusk is the largest size of rusk. It features a coarse texture with bigger particle size. Ideal for use in burgers or sausages where texture is required. A favourite for use in scotch lorne! This rusk can be used with a mixture containing as high as 2kg water per 1kg of rusk as it has a very high water absorption rate and minimum shrinkage during cooking.
